If a player has mercury retrograde in their TNHC, they can't access the full expression of that transit during their lives (at least until enlightenment).

When Mercury retrogrades through a particular locus of a player's TNHC, it brings the themes of that locus into focus, calling out what needs rethinking, reevaluating, and reconsidering.
